The Cliffwalk ended in front of the Opera House. Cora sang there once. I have obtained the current city assessment of the building, hoping to one day (soon) get inside, by contacting the owner.

As I peered around up and down Main Street, I lavished in the number of old buildings having survived the Great Flood. There is striking diversity in the architecture.

From the back of the Opera House, I made my way north from the east side of the river. I couldn't help but keep some sort of profound thought as I recalled a day when much of this was under water from the flood - perhaps on a more upbeat tone at a time when this area was bustling with activity in and around the Farrell Company.
